Position: Project Manager 

Organization: Frontier Markets

Location: Jaipur

Key Accountabilities:
1. Survey Design & Planning: Co creating the survey tool with Data & Insights team and creating an implementation plan using Gantt chart
2. Data Collection: Coordinating with Branch Coordinators to train, implement, monitor, and execute data collection exercise on a daily basis
3. Data Cleaning: Coordinating with Backend Data Support Exec to ensure that the data is cleaned on a regular basis. Any discrepancy to be flagged to the Branch Coordinators
4. Data Verification: Coordinating with QC Lead to ensure that every data point has been telephonically verified. Non verified calls to be flagged to Branch Coordinators
5. Digital Dissemination: Coordinating with Digital Support Manager to ensure that all the leads are onboarded on Digital platform as well as CRM
6. Data Tracking: Coordinating with Data Reporter on tracking the project on a daily basis in terms of planned Vs actual and ensuring that data collection exercise is on time.
7. Data Analysis & Insights: Ensuring that the Head of Consumer Insights has all the relevant data in the prescribed format for analysis
Consulting, Advising, Coaching and Leading:
1. Participates, leads and influences exec discussions by bringing customer centric learning from the GTM projects
2. Proactively brings forward external inspiration and new approaches to insights and strategy development.
Experience:
1. Previous work experience with a social enterprise/ non-profit would be a plus
2. Must be comfortable communicating in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
3. Educational Qualification: MBA or graduate degree

Skills/Essential:
1. Thorough understanding of project management
2. Ability to work independently, and take end to end ownership of projects; Collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders
3. Highly proficient in Microsoft tools
4. A creative yet practical mind
5. Able and passionate to travel across rural areas; initially upto 50% of time for data collection design and execution
