Key Roles and Responsibilities :
The role is to take an existing implementation that is touching 40,000 children in 200 government
schools in 6 states and evangelize it to grow 100x to 4 million children in 15 States in 12 countries over the next 25 years. You would do this by:
- Raising philanthropic funding from international foundations, grantmaking institutions and bilateral/multilateral aid agencies ( for e. g. USAID, UKAid, UNICEF, World Bank)
- Making winning applications to government tenders for large scale assessments, capacity building, and learning software
- Raising funds from Indian organizations' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) allocation and engaging with them to co-create projects
Educational Qualifications :
Any Graduates/Postgraduates Experience Required
Must have :
- 2+ years of experience in sales (including cold calling, seeking appointments and doing meetings, proposal writing, finalizing contracts and winning repeat business)
- Fluent verbal and written communications in English
Preferred :
- Experience in B2B/Institutional Sales
- Experience in managing government relations or doing government sales
- Proficiency in communicating in Hindi (for negotiating with govt. officials
