Position: Asia-Pacific Manager

What you’ll do:
Project Management
- Coordinate the development and deployment of key programs in the Asia Pacific region
- Own regular communication with clients to share project progress, source feedback and decisions, and promptly resolve issues and concerns
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including the Director of Programs and the Director of Business Development in sales and programmatic decision making
- Work closely with the Deployment team to execute successfully on client handover, training and onboarding on the Ulula platform, and encourage continuous uptake and usage
Sales
- Coordinate sales related activities in Asia – drive lead generation and monitor successes/lessons to improve outreach activities
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensure proper uptake and use of the CRM and collaborate with the CEO to produce monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for the board
- Represent and speak on behalf of Ulula’s solution, projects, and partnerships at conferences, webinars, and other public events
- Drive key partnerships and contracts and strategically manage relationships, cultivating them into productive sales channels
- Act as primary point person and support in the Asian region for Marketing and Sales
- Oversee and support product launches and partnership announcements
Your preferred profile:
- Background and interest in social enterprises, knowledge of supply chains, sustainability, corporate partnerships, social impact tech, and/or business and human rights
- 8+ years’ experience working with international stakeholders, delivering similar projects and coordinating client communications
- Familiar with measuring and tracking project delivery success metrics
- Willingness to develop a solid understanding of how worker voice complements traditional approaches to supply chain compliance, human rights due diligence, and risk mitigation
- Proven track record identifying target leads and closing deals to meet sales targets
- Enjoy cultivating relationships, translating client challenges into business requirements and solutions, while also driving a larger strategic growth plan
- Comfortable presenting to and negotiating contracts with senior-level executives
- Strong team player and alignment with Ulula’s core values including high standards of integrity, an innovative spirit, a growth mindset, commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Organized, conscientious and accountable
- Occasional travel may be required

- Familiarity with the auditing industry and international certification standards (i.e. BSCI, ETI, SA8000), industry associations, and sustainability entities (i.e. Responsible Business Alliance, SEDEX)
- Understanding of labour and human rights issues in global supply chains
- Desire to learn, become familiar with and advocate for the use of modern technologies
- Experience with sales, tech and project management platforms – Monday.com, Hubspot and Jira
- Self-motivated with a tolerance for ambiguity, change, & high desire to take ownership of projects
