Position:  Associate Manager– Entrepreneurship Development Programs

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 2-3 Years of full time experience

Compensation Offered: 3.5 to 4.2 Lacs per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate & dynamic individual to closely work with youth & social
enterprise ecosystem and -
● Facilitate community building & capacity building programs for youth on 21st
century & entrepreneurial skills.
● Undertake program management related to incubation, accelerator & support
programs for social entrepreneurs.
● Support client servicing / donor engagement and manage key accounts.
● Create & manage cross sector partnerships with youth communities, non-profits,
academic institutions, social enterprise ecosystem etc.
● Support the leadership team in strategic planning, developing new initiatives &
business development/fundraising efforts.
● Prepare project plans, budgets, conduct impact assessment & undertake project
reporting.

Skills Required
● Strong Interpersonal & facilitation skills. Past experience of conducting
training/workshops will be a plus.
● Self-driven with an appetite to hustle. Should have the ability to lead a team of
employees & volunteers.
● Aptitude to formulate plans, arrange resources and lead teams to implement
projects.
● Strong networking & collaboration skills. The person must understand the social
entrepreneurship/startup ecosystem and should be able to formulate
partnerships.
● Good understanding of preparing reports, proposals & presentations

Eligibility
Must be a graduate/post graduate from any course from Tier-1 Institution. The
candidate must have a keen interest in social entrepreneurship/startup ecosystem.
