Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with existing NGO partners to achieve desired outcomes
• Manage a pool of facilitators, subject matter experts to implement the trainings
• Provide support in conducting training for Grassroots NGOs and CBOs
• Ensure effective delivery of training and handholding initiatives on ground
• Track progress and performance of the CDP and  generate necessary reports on a timely basis

Qualification and Minimum Experience:

• Master’s degree in /Social Sciences/ Social Entrepreneurship or allied disciplines like mass communication
• Establish, nurture and continuously improve stakeholder (CSR, Grassroots NGOs and CBOs) relationships

Skills Required

• Strong writing and communicating skills ( Marathi, Hindi and English)
• Ability to work in and manage the uncertainties inevitable in a start-up
• Proven understanding of (grassroots) development sector
