Position: Program/Research Associate – State Transformation Program

Essential Qualifications:

• MBBS/BAMS/other graduates with MPH

Essential Experience:

Experience of having managed operations in the past will be useful

Essential Skills:
 

• Understanding of the functioning of Health care delivery system and knowledge of existing National programmes/ policies.
• Familiarity with research methodologies such as statistics, survey design, questionnaire development, and field experiments is desirable
• Strong writing skills in English and ability to present concepts and data effectively

• Knowledge of the standard operating protocols/ guidelines in management of diseases covered in our projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), statistical and computational software packages (SPSS, STATA, R etc.) and their use in research and analysis

Key Roles/Responsibilities:  

• Support in streamlining the projects in different states through periodic review of the project data.
• Identify any gaps in the process and suggest value additions in the project through analysis of secondary data, operational research, surveys and field visit.
• Support in conducting periodic research (Primary/secondary) related to the project and publication in reputed public health journals.
• Support in development of technical proposal for newer projects.
• Update the existing project modules as per the newer guidelines.
• Support in capacity building of the project staff.
