Purpose of Job:

To support the implementation of the State Health transformation program

Essential Qualifications:

MSW /MA Social Work/B.Sc Graduate / M.Sc Graduate

Essential Experience:
8-10 Years+

Key Roles/Responsibilities: 

  1. Will be responsible of the District work across his area. Typically 8-10 districts.
  2. 4-5 Programs leads and 15-20 fellows will be part of the team.
  3. Liaison with government District Collectors, health department, ICDS etc.
  4. Liaison with DC office for timely budget allocation and proper utilization of program funds
  5. Responsible for supervision and support of operations of various Mother and child related programs and schemed for the district
  6. Ensure 100% support from district administration for smooth operations.
  7. Ensure effective utilization & engagement of human resources in the Region and provide leadership to the team of Program leaders & Fellows in the various districts of the region
  8. Responsible of the fellowship experience working as a part of the region.
  9. Responsible for On time uploading of reports in the district
  10. Regular field visits and audits to ensure expected quality of service is delivered on the field
  11. Facilitating training for domain skills and soft skills for the Health staff at the district and block level
  12. Ensuring program efficiency/ serviceability, stake holder engagement, brand building, leading to better customer satisfaction
  13. Responsible for training and development of block officers and other reportees.
  14. Collating program service quality performance feedback from beneficiaries, village panchayats etc.
  15. Assets and equipment custodianship
  16. Staff leadership, welfare and performance management
  17. District administration liaison and reporting
  18. District operational and service process accountability, compliance and improvement.
