Position: Community Manager
Organization: GradRight Inc.
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up new community assets and deriving engagement
- Sharing insights from community to the internal teams for product/process improvements
- Coordination between internal team and external stakeholders (students, mentors, etc.)
- Monitor and report on feedback
- Manage customer engagement and queries in a timely manner
- Setup and execute events for the community
- Plan and launch referral campaigns
Requirements:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Experience launching community initiatives
- Attention to detail
- Ability to identify relevant audience metrics
- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
