Position: Community Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for setting up new community assets and deriving engagement
  2. Sharing insights from community to the internal teams for product/process improvements
  3. Coordination between internal team and external stakeholders (students, mentors, etc.)
  4. Monitor and report on feedback
  5. Manage customer engagement and queries in a timely manner
  6. Setup and execute events for the community
  7. Plan and launch referral campaigns

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  2. Experience launching community initiatives
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Ability to identify relevant audience metrics
  5. Proven work experience as a community manager
  6. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
