Position: ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS

Background & Experience:
- HR Professionals with 6-12 years of HR Generalist experience
Brief Role:
- Supporting implementation of projects in aspects of strategic, tactical and operational HR across different industries and with clients ranging across revenue band.
- Support in complete HR Operations (Recruitment to Retirement) / Organization Development / employee engagement interventions
- Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain timelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure retention of existing clients through relationship building and stakeholder management
- Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain timelines
- Creating/updating/modifying Job Description as per requirement
- Administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
- Creating performance driven culture at the client organization (viz. formation of KRA/KPI across, ensuring its implementation / sign off, regular reviews of KRA/KPI as per agreed timelines)
- Creating dashboards / analytics of such periodic reviews for management action
- Managing initiatives like Culture building (Values), Competency creation and assessment, creation of IDP’s and training calendar
- Implement various other organization building initiatives such as Training, succession planning, mentoring etc. as the need may be
- Create / Assist in creation of HR Policies, Manuals, SOPs and SLAs
- Disseminate such policies, strategies and benefits to employees
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes
- Manage various HR Operations activities viz. Legal, Statutory, Compliances, Payroll (need basis)
- Assist Senior leaders / HR in implementing employee engagement strategies
- Plan & execute along with the internal HR and Admin staff various welfare & fun activities.
- Assist in coordinating training and development for employees
- Attend certification program or trainings (as per your development plan) offered by HR Anexi or other outside agencies
