Position: Program Officer 

Organization: Larsen and Toubro Public Charitable Trust 

Location: Mumbai

Minimum experience: 8- 10 years

Qualification:  Social development related field ( Masters )

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management: 
Project planning, management and monitoring - Education ,Water, Skill building and Livelihoods  in all locations / geography  where LTPCT is operating 
Establish and nurture rapport with the relevant Government Department to advocate for effective implementation of programs and explore possibilities for scale up.

Coordination with Partners:
Support and Coordination with implementing partners for monitoring and quality implementation of their program 
Communication to partners for project improvisation 
Assessment of emerging needs for new program ideas and partnerships

Programme Monitoring 
Development of Monitoring tools and creation of data base of the program implementation 
Organize Periodic review of the programs
Monitoring and creation of data base of the program implementation
Organize internal / external evaluations / assessments of the ongoing program 

Reporting and Documentation
Support documentation of LTPCT activities and projects e.g. support in Preparing Annual Reports for LTPCT, Preparing Power Point Presentations, Providing Support in up-dation of LTPCT website as required
Follow up with partners to provide reports on monthly / quarterly/ annual basis

Representation:
Represent LTPCT as and when required in consultation with the seniors.
Attending / participating in learning and development seminars / forums 
Other  Roles:
Coordination  support for  health intervention in all location 
Supporting Secy, LTPCT  on preparation of briefs and presentations  on programme implementation 
Responsible for process adherence  in consultation with F&A team
