Position: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan the implementation activities and coordinate interventions
• Provide technical and overall guidance to the team
• Monitor the progress and inspect the quality of implementation and adherence to the delivery schedules
• Prepare and submit reports frequently
• Build process improvement initiatives
• Manage the Human Resources and Materials
• Manage project financials and put up for timely approval
• Budget monthly activities planned for implementation

Required skills, education and experience

1. Educational qualifications: BBA, MBA 
2. Minimum 5 year of work experience, preferably in development sector
3. At least 2 years of experience in leading/coordinating a team
4. Experience of working in a rural setting preferred
5. Demonstrable experience in building local networks preferred
6. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi
7. Demonstrable understanding of CHIRAG’s vision and culture
