Position: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Plan the implementation activities and coordinate interventions
- Provide technical and overall guidance to the team
- Monitor the progress and inspect the quality of implementation and adherence to the delivery schedules
- Prepare and submit reports frequently
- Build process improvement initiatives
- Manage the Human Resources and Materials
- Manage project financials and put up for timely approval
- Budget monthly activities planned for implementation
Required skills, education and experience
- Educational qualifications: BBA, MBA
- Minimum 5 year of work experience, preferably in development sector
- At least 2 years of experience in leading/coordinating a team
- Experience of working in a rural setting preferred
- Demonstrable experience in building local networks preferred
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi
- Demonstrable understanding of CHIRAG’s vision and culture
