Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate with 5+ years of proven working experience as a data/business analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, MIS dash boarding and presenting findings.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large dataset (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.) and knowledge of reporting tools like power BI will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work well and flexibly in hard-working, multi-disciplinary teams based at different locations.
• Ability to work on own initiative, manage complex workloads and deliver outputs to agreed deadlines.
• Should be sensitive to the cause of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & interpret trend and patterns in data.
• Designing & Publication of Daily, Weekly, Monthly MISs, Business Performance Reports, KPI Measurement Dashboards and Management Dashboards within the timelines.
• Leading the Report Automation.
• Conducting Comparative & Variance Trend Analysis on Business & Sales figures to facilitate management decision making.
• Maintaining Database in an organized manner for ready reference.
• Developing new reports as per the requirements.
• Fulfilling Ad-hoc requests, Query & Exception Management.
• Validating Data by imposing several checks.
