About you

You will have a master’s degree in statistics/social science/ developmental science or other related field and have at least 3 years of experience in data management and MIS handling.

You have an excellent ability to communicate and develop good working relations with government, internal and external stakeholders.

About the role

The State Monitoring and Reporting Officer will compile and analyze HMIS data, prepare a presentation on field findings and compile reports for appropriate and corrective actions by various state departments in Chhattisgarh. This will include but not limited to:

Development and Modification of MIS systems.

• Data Management and Analysis.
• Capacity Building of Government staff, NGO counterparts, and NI Staff.
• Reporting and Stock Assessment.
• Support the development of monitoring systems.
