Position: Lead - Monitoring & Evaluation

Roles and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Lead, Monitoring and Evaluation will include the following:

- Lead the development of robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for new projects, including theories of change/ logical frameworks and key indicators

- Develop and execute a work plan for data capture and reporting against performance indicators for individual projects and the organization as a whole

- Prepare impact reports and present the progress on key impact metrics to the leadership team

- Oversee and support team members to design research forms, surveys and indicators for the data management system

- Develop and manage regular data quality assessments, data cleaning and data analysis

- Lead impact evaluations for specific projects as required including but not limited to designing the research framework, monitoring and supervising data collection and leading the analysis and generation of insights

- Collaborate with implementation teams and fundraising/ donor management team to collect and provide the necessary impact data for reports, proposals, etc.

- Manage junior team members, build capacity for data analysis and strengthen processes towards high-quality impact measurement in the organization

Minimum Qualifications, Skills required:

Ummeed is looking for someone preferably with a master's degree in Statistics with 8 to 10 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation / Donor Management / Research or Analytics from a reputed organization. The person should be passionate about working in the social sector, and be willing to learn.
