Essential: 8-12 years progressive overall experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in Social sector

Language Proficiency: Hindi and English

Expectations:

The key role of the Specialist- Health System Strengthening will be:

• Support NHM Rajasthan in improving the health systems and its components e.g. Human Resources for Health, Healthcare financing, Health Governance, Health Information, Medical Products, Vaccines and Technologies and Service Delivery. Including, Public Private Partnership etc.

• Conduct concurrent monitoring of the Ayushman Bharat – Health & Wellness Centre program and provide supportive supervision to the low performing Districts on regular basis.

• Capacity building of the District/ Cities in developing and review of urban health plans towards comprehensive primary healthcare using epidemiological and HMIS inputs.

• Support the state in developing strategies and plans including resource allocation, program indicators and targets

• Development of program implementation plan (PIP) and annual action plans for the state for ensuring comprehensive primary healthcare in the state

• Support in rolling out the Comprehensive Primary Health Care Program and Health & Wellness Centres (HWC) in the state.

• Develop and suggest HWC model for urban landscape in coordination and consultation with the different stakeholders

• Conduct period field visits to support CMHOs in execution and monitor the progress as well as follow up

• Coordinate with State Nodal Officer to organize and conduct periodic review and monitoring meetings

• Work closely with the LEHS|WISH Team at State and HO (Delhi) Offices and ensure integration of technology and innovation in HWC interventions by the state.

• Plan and execute LEHS|WISH - SCALE program in Rajasthan

• Develop and maintain a database of key sector experts at national and state level for strategic engagement and leveraging within government, private and social sectors.
