Position: Learning and Impact Manager

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Oversee the development, improvement & Implementation of the new Learning Impact Measurement (LIM) framework for the organization and develop and provide advice and guidance to ensure new projects and programs are rooted in good practice
● Lead and consult evaluation on frameworks design and tools, Partner with P&O analytics for data collection, verification, analysis and reporting
● Facilitate organizational capability building in impact analysis. systems thinking, evaluation frameworks/methods, outcomes measurement and assessment, and high quality data collection and analysis;
● Conduct research on new approaches and tools and engage with internal and external research partners in order to help Novartis continually learn and benefit from the newest evidence
● Support and promote a culture of reflection, learning, and data-based decision making.
● Partner with the learning portfolio and design teams to ensure that evaluation and measurement strategy are integrated and planned into program design from inception
● Closely collaborate with different NOLI CoE teams including Regional and Functional training teams, Systems & Innovation, Knowledge Management, Learning Design, Learning Operational Excellence and PMO and Skills management office
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
● Minimum 10+ professional work experience in learning survey and evaluation strategy, monitoring, measurement and impact analysis
● Experience in leading design and implementation of performance and impact evaluations of projects solving complex problems;
● Impact assessment background with demonstrated technical expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research designs, tool development, validation, and data analysis
● Skilled in group facilitation and multi-stakeholder engagement processes, as well as, in teaching or training. Leading, influencing and negotiating in often complex, cost and resource sensitive situations.
● High tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to adapt to changing priorities, strategic frameworks and definitions of success. Strong stakeholder and client management skills with an absolute customer-centric passion; sustains collaborative relationships across a diverse international and decentralized organization.
Desirable:
● 7+ years of learning and HR technology, LMS implementation and learning consulting, designing/leading global training programs including instructional design, learning systems and training measurement.
● 3+ years’ experience using statistics, behavioral science or decision science in a corporate setting.
