Position: Officer - Grant Evaluation/Monitoring

1. Single window support for colleagues in Program Design and Program Implementation Teams through the lifecycle of grants (from Evaluation to Closure)

2. For new grant proposals

- Budget preparation. Highlight critical assumptions and prepare cash flow forecasts

- Support Design Team in analysing financials, management capacity, past track record of the grantees to prepare circular, in appropriate format, to be presented to the sanctioning authority

- Follow up with the Grand Middle Office for timely issuance of the grant letters

3. Assist Program Implementation Team in preparing disbursement requests

4. Obtain periodic utilization certificates for assigned programs

5. For assigned programs, coordinate with AO and PID (if needed) to

- Keep a compliance tracker

- Ensure timely closure of compliance (including those highlighted by GMO or other teams)

- Prepare Review notes

- Maintain MIS on budgets and utilization

- Prepare notes on changes in budgets (including extensions/ reallocation/ enhancements/ reductions)

- Work with the PID/ Grantees/ AOs to create review reports as may be needed by Donors

- Ensure timely closure of the projects

- Obtain appropriate data for impact measurement
