Experience and qualifications:

• MBBS + DPH/MPH/MPA/MHA/MHM/MBA (Health administration/Health management) with 5 years of relevant work experience  OR 
• MSc (Life Science) + MPH/MPA/MHA/MHM/MBA (Health administration/Health management/Public Health) with 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of leading and managing a team in a similar assignment in the past. 
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple sites and ensure state adherence to project targets and mandates.
• Should have good communications skills and be proficient in basic computer applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Have sound knowledge of data analysis, analytical software, and ability to make meaningful interpretation for effective supervision.
• Willingness to travel if required and at short notice.
• Experience of working with a National Public Health programs.

Nature of appointment: 

The selected candidate shall be offered a Fixed Term Employment contract for 3 years

Compensation offered:

The gross remuneration budgeted for the position shall be commensurate with the qualifications, experience, and salary history, of the selected candidate.
