SCOPE OF WORK:
- Design and develop SBCC tools (in Hindi) with appropriate WASH related materials to be used for interpersonal communication and small group meetings by project team, youth facilitators and frontline workers.
• Desk review of existing SBCC materials on WASH;
• Propose 2-3 tools for field staff based on rapid needs assessment;
• Work on content and messaging with project team; o Design and develop tools and pre-test; o Handover final tools for printing; o Develop SBCC user guide.
DELIVERABLES :
• SBCC toolkit – materials, tools and messages. These to be shared as draft prior to pre-test and subsequently as final prototypes along with pre-test reports.
• A SBCC implementation user guide for project team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS :
• Master’s degree in communication or media or development studies or social studies or social anthropology with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience of working with WASH and Youth Centred Projects.
• Experience of development of SBCC strategy, SBCC training package and communication materials, and facilitating the training.
• Experience of undertaking similar assignment will be preferred.
ASSIGNMENT DURATION:
This assignment is expected to be completed within 45 days from signing of contract.
COMPENSATION
This will be a fixed price deliverable linked contract. Total consultancy budgeted for this assignment is INR50,000.00 inclusive of all taxes.
