Position brief:
A result oriented full time Development Associate that will work with the team and play a key supportive role in strategy development, donor relationships, government relationships, impact measurement, communication, and management in various domains of organization.
Work Location:
Udaipur/Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan with some extent of travel within or outside the state
Job Responsibilities:
The position includes Job responsibilities included but not limited to :
-Research and identify new opportunities - including, growth areas, trends, partnerships, and services
-Assisting in formulating the plan for the development of the organisation in consultation with development lead and KB management.
-Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve, scale up opportunities for the organisation.
-Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
-Demonstration & presentation of various KB platforms to different partners
-Maintain fundraising best practices and trends in the sector.
-Conduct need assessment within the organization
-Correspond and liaison with different stakeholders including government for various purposes including but not limited to inter and Intra organizational meetings.
-Develop and maintain various policies and documentations for the organization.
-Assist in preparation of various reports as and when required for the development of organization
-Comply with organizational technical modalities to perform daily duties
-Any other tasks assigned by the management/vertical lead
Background, Skills & Experience:
-Full time MBA/Post-graduation degree in Administration and/or Development studies or any relevant fields would be preferred from a recognized university
-Minimum 3 years professional experience working preferably in an organization dealing with M-Health/e-Health.
-Excellent command over written and oral communication and documentation in English
-Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working closely with the government sector.
-Candidates must have excellent liaising skills.
-He / she should have good documentation and demonstration skills in English as well as Hindi languages
-Inter-personal skills to communicate with the various stakeholders and staff
-Excellent computer skills, with good command over MS office and Google drive
Remuneration:
The remuneration for this position is commensurate to the candidate’s skills, experience and past salary history
