Job responsibilities:
Implement existing and upcoming partnerships with the government of Maharashtra
Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager, Country Director, and Associate Director of Business Development to build, coordinate, and maintain partnerships with multiple stakeholders, predominantly government at the division/district/block level in Maharashtra for our current projects with the government
Coordinate with government officials of various departments in Maharashtra and other stakeholders at regular intervals to catalyse progress in existing and planned projects with governments of Maharashtra
Follow up regularly on existing partnerships and projects in progress with government of Maharashtra and West Bengal
Conduct and coordinate regular monitoring visits in the field for effective implementation of projects
Coordinate with various teams in Fortify Health to ensure the logistics and supply chain of fortified atta in government safety net programs during the implementation of the project as per plan
Highlight and work on solutions for the issues and concerns observed in the field
Identify opportunities for scale up of the project
Support training and capacity building of internal and external stakeholders with support from Fortify Health’s Partnerships Manager
Maintain effective internal communication
Maintain documentation of meetings and communications between government officials and Fortify health
Actively participate in meetings and team calls
Prepare and submit monthly project report to Partnerships Manage
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in Public Health/nutrition/economics/Social Work or related field
Minimum one to two years of experience of working with government in health, nutrition, education or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills especially related to partnership management with government
Excellent documentation and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in multiple projects
Strong ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Willingness to relocate to Amravati
Willingness to travel 60% of time
Committed to achieving results and proven perseverance to reach goals
Proven ability to work under pressure and with remote team
Fluency in English and Marathi

Terms of employment: Contract for one year, renewal by mutual agreement
