Role Description:-

As a facilitator of student learning:

• To facilitate the learning process for students according to guidelines provided by the National Curriculum Framework and aligned to the school philosophy
• Developing Assignments, Practice Papers, Test Papers, Lesson Plans,
• Student Management
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class
• Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and group of students
• Checking and assessing work of students
• Accountable to all official duties and responsibilities assigned by authorities
• Willing to conduct classes effectively through onsite and online modes
• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.

Required Skills:-

• Experience Required: BA Hons, B.Ed with 3-4 years of experience of taking senior classes.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
• Self-confidence and interpersonal skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Good administration skills & listening skills
