Role and Responsibility

Research and Design

1. Articulate learning objectives, curriculum principles and develop curricular frameworks

2. Create simple yet engaging learning experiences for Vyapaaris for trainer led training and e-learning, both.

3. Design pilots to gather user feedback and improvise the content

4. Research best practices in experiential and reflective learning, learning needs of adults, entrepreneurship, and mindset change.

Learning and Development:

1. Design and develop storyboards and self-learning material for vyapaaris

2. Design and develop sessions for facilitator-led training and train facilitators as needed

3. Facilitate capacity building of internal team members for implementing the content design

Implementation/Program Management:

1. Collaborate closely with the operations team to plan the implementation

2. Gather feedback from vyapaaris and program team to improvise the designs

Knowledge and Skills

1. Ability to identify and research relevant documents, studies, and data from various disciplines

2. Ability to observe and assess the needs of different learners and learning environments

3. Detail Orientated

4. Knowledge of different learning theories and methods to design interactive and experiential learning modules

5. People skills – working with different stakeholders to create and deliver the curriculum

Other Requirements

1. At least 5-years work experience as a curriculum or instructional designer

2. Experience in experiential learning design and facilitation

3. Experience working with adult learners such as teachers, master trainers, admin staff, etc

4. Experience of working with entrepreneurs would be an added plus

5. Knowledge of any one regional language, apart from Hindi

6. Highly creative/entrepreneurial
