Position: Manager – Development Support (Rajasthan & MP)

Your Role:
As a person in this position, you will be the link between CRY and CRY-supported projects in the project areas of rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Your responsibilities will include planning, monitoring and evaluation of supported initiatives, assessing and providing for partners capacity building needs, environment scanning, identifying areas/projects for CRY’s intervention and planning and supporting networking efforts.
You:
You must be a Post – Graduate in Social Work, Sociology or Rural Development from a reputed institute. You must have 5 – 7 years experience in the field of urban or rural development, having experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders. Direct Programme Implementation and advocacy in the field ( village/slums/block/district/State) on Child Rights or human rights. Have experience in Networking and Alliance building, Capacity Building. Strong written and oral communication skills in English & a working knowledge of the local language are essential. Experience of having worked with communities within the state of preference would be an added advantage. Preferred experiences of the program and Financial monitoring. Preferred experiences of writing a large grant proposal in the result-based framework. You should be willing to travel up to 15 days in a month.
