Requirements

Education, Experience and Exposure

Education

o Post Graduation in relevant discipline from institute/university of repute preferably covering social work as a topic of study

Experience & Exposure

o Minimum 8 years’ experience in child development/Child Rights, and/or Community development with at least 5 years in people management role

o Professional experience of directing and managing programs at regional/national level

o Managerial Experience of handling multi-cultural and multidisciplinary teams

o Professional experience of working in a global NGO, foundation

or business

o Local candidates will be preferred Required skills: Proficient in MS office (MS word, excel and PPT), report writing,

drafting emails, and good command over telephonic correspondences.

Good command on English and Hindi.

Desirable skills:

Acquaintance to local language.
