Job Description

• Work closely with the program team to plan, implement and evaluate activities of Equalize Health’s tele-mentoring program which is designed for creating a knowledge network of healthcare providers working in maternal and child health in India.

• Vetting and Recruiting stakeholders such as subject matter experts, speakers and participants.

• Execute operation of multiple tele-mentoring initiatives at any given time, including technical support and participant and stakeholder relations.

• Working closely with stakeholders to prepare action plans, timeframes, curriculum (didactic modules), case studies and case templates.

• Assisting in facilitation of tele-mentoring clinic sessions, directing technology training and ensuring fidelity and adherence to the project policies, standards, and practices.

• Maintaining project records and support in collecting program data for monitoring & evaluation of projects using analytical tools.

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate with 3-4 years of experience in program coordination or other relevant position.

• Experience working in the development sector is preferred.

• Experience working in hospital settings with doctors/medical practitioners (government/private) and other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of program management and program development processes.

• Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office.

• Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and efficient.
