About the role:

• Impact Assessment: this role would involve coordinating the execution and analysis of a longitudinal impact assessment study conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Future Perfect program.
• Responsibilities include review of literature/secondary evidence, qualitative semi structured interviews, focus group discussions, transcription & analysis, maintaining the data quality for quantitative surveys, managing a team of callers hired for data collection, cleaning, and analysis of data sets

Requirements:

- Must be able to work independently

- Must be able to think critically and come up with hypotheses

- Must have an interest in impact evaluation

- Must be able to understand academic literature and translate it into action.

- Fluency of English and one of the local languages- Kannada or Telugu (mandatory)

- Access to a Laptop with good internet
