About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a passion for energy policy, research, and climate action. The candidate shall be expected to facilitate and manage the convergence of research, advocacy, outreach, and capacity building. The candidate shall be expected to provide strategic support to Bask Research's engagement with diverse stakeholders. S/he shall be responsible for articulating the organization’s learnings and advocacy narratives in coordination with research teams and lead outreach activities. The candidate shall drive the organization’s engagement with media platforms and consistently contribute through content and outreach strategies.

The candidate shall also be required to engage in research projects, actively supporting or managing research teams as required.

 Qualification: Graduate (minimum) with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record

 Key Requirements:

·     Understanding of energy sector and climate change paradigms

·     Excellent command of English and Hindi language

·     Ability to articulate narratives in a simple manner

·     Expertise in academic writing

·     Knack for strategy and networking

·     High maturity level and strong interpersonal skills

·     Ability to develop networks, especially amongst print and digital media
