ELIGIBILITY: This apprenticeship is for anyone in high school or beyond, with an intense drive to learn and grow and discover themselves. So whether you are an 11th grader or an undergraduate student, you are eligible for this apprenticeship
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & MINDSETS: In addition to the above, we need someone who is/has:
Strong ideas and opinions about anything they care about
Compassionate, fun-loving, and friendly
Conscientiousness, discipline, self-motivation, rigour, and a drive to learn and grow.
Excellent oral communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic familiarity in using collaboration tools like Google workspace
Hands-on with technology and open to learning/ discovering/ exploring ways of using tech to make life smoother
DURATION: The apprenticeship will be for a minimum period of 1 month, extendable up to 3 months. The working hours will be flexible and depend upon your class schedule. We’ll require a minimum commitment of 3 hours a day for at least 3 days a week.
STIPEND & OTHER PERKS: All Arbers ???? will get the following at the completion of their apprenticeship:
A certificate of their internship with Arth
A Letter of Recommendation (Performance-Based)
A stipend (which might be the first earning for many applicants)

SCOPE OF WORK: You’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting projects in one or more of 3 areas:
Arth Lab - Brainstorming, Conceptualisation, and Prototyping novel ways of enabling learning in young children.
First Steps - Working with young children in the classroom, facilitating learning experiences for them.
Design and Outreach - Giving a voice to arth’s core vision and mission on various social media platforms.
