Position: Customer Relations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with any customer queries on platforms like Whatsapp, Social Media i.e., Instagram, Facebook or email, etc.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Develop a customer focussed culture by consulting with and engaging employees on ways to improve the company's service levels and recognising the desired behaviour.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistent standards of product knowledge.
- Generate sale leads.
- Maintain proper and systematic records of customers database, customer interactions and any grievances or queries that the customers may have.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
