Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with any customer queries on platforms like Whatsapp, Social Media i.e., Instagram, Facebook or email, etc.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Develop a customer focussed culture by consulting with and engaging employees on ways to improve the company's service levels and recognising the desired behaviour.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistent standards of product knowledge.
  • Generate sale leads.
  • Maintain proper and systematic records of customers database, customer interactions and any grievances or queries that the customers may have.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Customer Support Executive Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
