Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Account Executive(s) who will be sourcing and generating leads by engaging with prospects across multiple channels including cold calls, cold visits (field sales), SNS, a web-based community, or/and email outreach
- Assisting and guiding the team to qualify the leads and convert them into opportunities to build and maintain a sales pipeline (either small individual restaurants or strategic accounts like a franchisee) to ensure a predictable revenue stream for our business
- Crafts effective pitches and mutually beneficial contract terms and pricing that demonstrate an understanding of both current market conditions’ impact on restaurant P&L and client wants and needs for the tea,
- Driving the success of the sales results and retention of those accounts
- Planning, driving and executing sales strategies and a launch plan in India to capture the desired market share.
- Using Salesforce to manage the sales process and associated key information so the team can operate with the highest standard of data-hygiene
- Actively participates in best practice sharing, training, and knowledge exchange across the sales team to guide mentor, and train team members.
Nice To Haves:
- Proficient in a CRM tool such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, or MS Dynamics 365 Sales
- Previous experiences with restaurants or F&B Businesses
- Formal sales and lead generation training at an extremely competitive and rapidly growing sales environment
Requirements:
- At least 6-8 years of sales experience (managing full sales cycles from lead gen to close) with a minimum of 3 years as a team manager.
- Proven track record of quota attainment or/and achieve sales targets (e.g., GMV, ARR or certain sales metrics)
- Solid attention to detail, relentless work ethic, and a strong discipline in managing a sales pipeline
- A fast learner with high level of energy, positivity, and team-workability
- Builder and strategic problem-solvers who can think and contribute beyond expectations
