Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in development of learning solutions and curriculum design

Preferred qualifications:

• Project management and operations skills to drive initiatives
• High levels of initiative and self-motivation; demonstrated reliability and sound judgment
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, senior management, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to keep key stakeholders and contributors aligned and coordinated
• Exceptional attention to detail with time management, multitasking, and communications skills

Responsibilities
 

• Drive Google sponsored diversity and advancement programs for underrepresented groups end-to-end including research, launch, communications, events, budget tracking and post-launch analysis.
• Act as a single point of contact and bridge between external vendors, diversity program managers and program leadership to ensure successful execution of the programs.
• Partner with the Legal, Public Relations, Marketing, Talent & Outreach Programs and Internal Comms teams in India and APAC for review and approvals on content, communications, and outreach strategies.
• Create consistent ways to measure efficacy of diversity programs and make recommendations for best practices.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align on goals, present weekly updates, and recommend ideas to support the ever changing diversity landscape.
