Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
1. Post-graduate degree in social sciences, management or social work
2. 4 – 7 years of experience in stakeholder management and partnerships in the development
sector
3. Result orientation, effective leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder
management, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from varied
backgrounds and levels
4. Significant experience of managing engagement with one or more of the stakeholder cohort
5. Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans
6. Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player
7. Strong people management skills
8. Familiarity with using various CRM systems essential
9. High degree of accuracy in executing work
10. Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines
11. Broader project communications experience and skills desirable
12. Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little
supervision

Remuneration will be competitive and will depend upon the candidate’s experience level.
