Roles & Responsibilities

At The/Nudge, you’ll be part of the Strategy & Operations team, helping to build and manage an effective and efficient organization. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with cross functional teams to drive results, manage stakeholder communication and drive/implement strategic projects/initiatives. Your responsibilities will include

• work with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to processes and also, identify and drive any process improvement opportunities

• develop and provide periodic and ad-hoc analytic reports to the senior management team 

• monitor the key metrics for tracking the performance/health of various functions

• produce material for all stakeholder communication including the Board, organization etc

• collaborate with internal teams to drive cross functional projects / special initiatives

We are looking for someone who

• enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced, start-up environment 

• has strong analytical skills and highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• is comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups 

• has strong written and verbal communication skills

• is comfortable with some degree of ambiguity in the absence of perfect information 

• has a strong desire to make a difference 

• is comfortable with non-profit sector salaries 

• an undergraduate with 4 - 8 years of work-ex or an MBA with 1-3 years of work-ex
