Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement social media strategy to align with organizational goals

● Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

● Conceptualize User Interface and create content for the organization’s website and lead implementation in collaboration with the IT team

● Set specific objectives and report on ROI

● Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

● Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

● Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency of communication and representation

● Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

● Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

● Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, webinars and events

Requirements:

● At Least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a social media and content manager

● Excellent copywriting skills

● Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

● Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics highly preferred

● Knowledge of online marketing channels ● Familiarity with web design

● Excellent communication skills

● Analytical and multitasking skills

● Excellent project management and coordination skills

● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including report writing is required

● Ability to work on your own initiative to deadlines and within a small, integrated team.

● Understanding of education issues and a passion and interest in education for the underprivileged

● Good diplomatic skills & cross-cultural sensitivity

● Ability to conduct webinars is an added advantage

Working Details and Remuneration

● Remuneration will be competitive with Indian not-for-profit standards and commensurate to the candidates experience

● The incumbent can choose to work from home or work out of the Lucknow Office. Please note that having a fast and stable internet connection is required if working from home
