Who Should Apply?
This program is intended for final year students of economics, policy, and related fields.
This can include the final year of a 3 or 4 year bachelor’s program, as well as final year of a Master’s program. To be eligible, you must fall into one of the following categories:
Applying for a Master’s/Phd Program abroad 2021
Applying for a corporate job
Applying for a job in the research/policy/development sector
Besides the above, you must meet one of the following criteria:
We strongly encourage female students from Dalit, Bahujan, Adivasi and LGBTQIA+ communities to apply for the program. We aim to ensure a minimum of 50% representation from these communities in our final cohort, irrespective of the colleges you went to.
Since the aim of the program is to bridge information and support gaps, an ideal applicant (who does not belong to the above DBA/LGBTQIA+ category) would be one who has not received adequate support or mentorship in their college. By support we mean access to college level placement services, strong alumni networks, and support from faculty members. We particularly encourage students from state universities to apply for the program
