Position: IT Officer

Essential requirements:

 A graduate or post graduate degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications /
Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics &
Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation

 Expertise in Python and conducting all tasks related to back-end data retrieval, visualization
and analysis is an essential requirement

 Knowledge and experience of working on Java and Moodle

 At least 3 years’ experience of digital media/ digital platforms/app development

 Experience and creativity in web-design including app management

 Ability to liaise and coordinate with the outsourced IT agency(ies) and the technical teams of
the projects for implementation of the digital platform, app development and management

 Willingness to travel to project sites in Madhya Pradesh based on need

 Management of server related issues and user reported queries/problems with digital
solutions and hardware

Additional requirements (desirable)

 Expertise in social media strategy, SEO and social media usage for promotion will be a plus

Terms of reference:

 SHARP: Process back-end data, report on its quality and address issues for smooth functioning
of the platform and the mobile application including server management

 ESSENCE, EMPOWER:

i. Technically monitor and evaluate the deliverables from the app developer on modules of the
digital platform and provide feedback regarding any issues / errors detected and ensure
correction / improvement

ii. Monitoring the status and reviewing the progress made, backend, wireframes, milestones
attained for each Learning Management System (LMS) module, which is on the Moodle
platform

iii. Summarize fortnightly reports related to the progress of work of each module and present
the progress to the project management team
