Key Responsibilities

● Take a lead on the research of new Scale Up Partners with an emphasis on state governments (Department of Education,etc), District Administrations (Aspirational districts for example), NGOs, Voluntary Organizations, Schools and Universities

● Take a lead on the research of organizations and individuals for replicating Global Dream FLN Curriculum in various national and international languages, finalize MoUs with curriculum developers and lead all aspects of Project Management for curriculum development

● Scheduling meetings and presentations with potential partners through outbound communication (cold calls, e-mails, Linkedin,etc)

● Prepare compelling high quality project implementation proposals that are strategically aligned to both DEVI Sansthan and the partner’s goals

● Finalizing MoUs and project implementation plan in collaboration with the partner management

● Lead the Project Implementation and Management including onboarding and training of Partner staff (teachers,staff,volunteers,etc), monitoring implementation, database management, coordination of evaluation activities, events and other tasks

● Develop and maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of Scale Up Partners by providing personal stewardship through meetings, regular communications and high quality reporting

● Manage the pipeline of all tasks ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met

Requirements

● At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in developing and managing partnerships with state/district governments, NGOs, Voluntary Organizations, Schools, Universities and curriculum developers for implementation of education related projects

● A good understanding of functioning of government and non governmental organizations in the education sector

● Excellent project management and coordination skills

● Ability to write compelling, convincing, creative and tailored proposals for project implementation

● Staff management experience is highly preferred

● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including report writing in required

● Ability to work on your own initiative to deadlines and within a small, integrated team

● Understanding of education issues and a passion and interest in education for the underprivileged

● Good diplomatic skills & cross-cultural sensitivity

● Ability to conduct webinars is an added advantage

Working Details and Remuneration

● Remuneration will be competitive with Indian not-for-profit standards and commensurate to the candidates experience

● The incumbent can choose to work out of the Lucknow office or work from home. Please note that having a fast and stable internet connection is required if working from home
