Qualification: Masters in Social Work or any relevant master degree

Remuneration: 40,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:
● Having a Master’s Degree in Social Work from a reputed college, with not less than 60% marks
● Good communication skills and should have leadership qualities.
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to Multi-task
● Ability to work in communities and quickly build relationships
● Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
● A minimum of 3 years of work experience with masters and 5 years of work experience without masters
● Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
● Reading, writing and speaking knowledge of Hindi and English languages
● Most importantly having a strong passion to work for the cause

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Reporting to the Assistant Manager with weekly updates on various projects;
● Facilitating meetings with all stakeholders and officers to discuss project objectives, needs and budget;
● Mobilise community members to ensure community participation and involvement in project activities;
● Ensure community participation includes the most vulnerable and marginalized groups (especially women, girls
and people living with disabilities);
● Ensure community awareness about project priorities, strategies and approaches including project close out and
handover dates;
● Provide program support to develop work plans and activity timelines;
● Support the communities to strengthen/ build relationships with local partners, local authorities, and local
leadership to ensure project sustainability and local needs and priorities are being met.
● Liaising with the Technical team to support and encourage communities to resolve technical issues within agreed
timescales
● Supporting, evaluating and monitoring for the compliance of rules and regulations stated by the Central, State and
District Authorities;
