- Excellent Excel skills

- R or SPSS skills are desirable

- Knowledge of research methodologies

– qualitative and quantitative methods

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks

- Design and maintain processes for measurements, tracking research study data

- Field work planning and execution

- Manage field teams

– team training, managing data quality

- Data analysis and visualization

- Report writing
