Key responsibilities:

1. Perform desk research and survey of the literature, policy landscape, study reports, schemes, and regulations
2. Assist study teams in collecting primary and secondary data, analysis, and interpretation
3. Contribute to the development of analytical reports

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of three months, during which the salary will be Rs. 15,000 per month. There will be a performance evaluation at the end of the probation period. The probationer will be confirmed if his/her performance is found to meet expectations.

Who can apply:

1. Only post-graduates in economics from reputed institutes may apply

2. Candidates with a major in econometrics, development economics, or labor economics will be preferred

3. Candidates with experience of 6 months to 1 year will be preferred

4. Candidates should be able to submit a writing sample in the form of publications (journal or conference papers)

5. At the minimum, candidates should be able to produce a university dissertation for the evaluation of research writing competency

6. Applicants who do not produce any research writing sample shall not be considered for evaluation of candidature
