Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing processes and submit summary reports to Directors of different departments each month
- Coordinate between Program Coordinator and Admin Head, Learning centers and School of the Districts (Fellow-Teacher Sharing, Center Timings, any issues faced by Fellows at centers, School HM Update Meetings, BEO/DEO Update meetings)
- Management and coordination of Fellows (Fellow Selection and Capacity Building- Fellow Growth Mapping and maintain Individual Fellow Database)
- Learning Center Visit (1 Visits per center in a month, Classroom Observation and Lesson Planning Feedback)
- Planning and Execution of Monthly Capacity Building Workshops and Exposure Visit for the Fellows and Children
- Observe and provide Feedback on PTM at center, Teacher-Fellow Sharing, Event organized by the Fellows)
- S/he will demonstrate the highest levels of accountability, demonstrating his/her leadership skills and capacities while fostering team innovation, accountability, effective communication and cohesion.
- S/he will lead by example, and will have demonstrated programming expertise in Student Learning and Teacher Training, partnership and capacity building approaches; as well as monitoring, evaluation and learning.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Working on strategy with the marketing team.
Program Design and Implementation
- Write or edit concept notes and proposals, reports, pitch decks.
- Work with finance team to develop project budgets in line with donor guidelines. Ensure effective and timely monitoring and appropriate expenditure of project/program budgets.
- Collaborate with program operations to match key program needs with potential corporate and government funders.
Team Management:
- Ensure that team members bring their individual , expertise and competencies to form a cohesive ando achieve SRI’s goals and objectives in an accountable manner.
- Dem supportive team tonstrate and instill value driven individual and team approaches to ensure an optimal, harmonious and inspiring work environment.
- Ensure all team members have performance objectives, regular performance reviews and individual capacity building plans developed as needed to support talent development.
Research and Learning:
- Lead the development of research objectives and partnerships to produce rigorous, actionable research for SRI and strategic partners.
- Promote organizational learning in support of our understanding that learning organizations are more effective, efficient and relevant to the communities.
- Help and Support Program Coordinator in Designing and Implementation of different events organized by Fellows
- Reaching out to communities and BED Colleges, and organize selection process for the Fellows.
- Performance Update Meetings with School, BEO & DEO and Community Members.
- Community /Home Visit of the Fellows and Students for more retention and Understanding of kids and Fellows.
Qualification and Skills:
- Graduation/Masters in any stream.
- 3+ Years of Experience in Education Sector
- Strong Communication and Articulation Skills
- Having Entrepreneurial mindset, Excellent Problem solving and Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Motivated and ready to travel whenever required.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Salary: 3.6-4.2 LPA
