POSITION: National Coordinator (Health) 

Reporting to: Mission Head (Health)

Location: Head Office Delhi

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Health or related subjects /Social science
• MSW / MHA / MPH/PG in social science/ will be preferred
• With at least 12-14 years of experience of managing a large programme.
• Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
• Should have good presentation, PR and interpersonal skills
• Should be computer savvy
• Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization
• Demonstrate an ability to take initiative and should be self-driven
• Team worker

Role/ Responsibilities:

• Project development, planning and implementation, which includes coordinating on day to day basis with the state operations, resolving the bottlenecks so that the programme is implemented smoothly
• Monitoring the projects, which includes monitoring their budgets, activities and performance.
• Coordinating with donors and Resource mobilization on reporting
• Reviewing and analysing periodic feedback system based on current MIS and updating Mission Head on the SWOT
• Liaise and network with Government / CSR partners/ other NGOs
• Organize training programmes for building capacity of MHU program staff.
