Job Responsibilities:

1.   Conducting holistic development activities with children from age 3 to 15 years on Zoom Video Call.

2.   Participation in Content development for these sessions, sharing new ideas, sharing feedback from the sessions to the team and be an important stakeholder in content refinement.

3.   Tracking children's assessments and analyzing progress and own the development responsibility for each student.

4.   Share the child's progress, needs, focus areas, interest areas with parents and ensure active participation from parents in the development process.

Skills required:

1.  The trainer must be fluent in English speaking and creative.

2. Skills like public speaking, enthusiastic and cheerful personality, effective communication, etc are preferable.

3.Passion to work with Children & Parents.

4.Passion to work and build career.

5.Candidate must be professional, hard-working & able to do smart work, dedicated & committed to the organisation.

Eligibility:

1.   Bachelors/Graduation degree is required.

2.   Background in Psychology, Teaching, School Counselor, Personality Training, Special Education, Child Development or related fields is highly preferred.

3.Willing to commit for at least 1 year

Along with English-speaking candidates we are Looking for Bengali, Tamil & Telagu speakers as well.

Salary:

10-15k/month depending on experience and background.

Note:

We're looking for Full-Time candidates only.

Working hours-

11-8 PM Wednesday off.
