Position: Manager

Age: Preferably below 45 years

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Outreach activities to attract start-ups to the incubator.

 2. Facilitate evaluation of applicants for incubation

 3. Provide support to entrepreneurs across ideation, Proof-of-Concept, and scale-up stage,  handholding / guiding entrepreneurs in areas such as business modelling, sales and marketing, finance, fundraising, overall strategy, operations etc.

 5. Enable entrepreneurs to access relevant resources and connections including challenges, CSR, Govt. and industry promoted schemes for supporting innovations/start-ups.

 6. Organize training programs for internal and external candidates

 7. Annual Accounts and audit

Tenure:

Initially for a period of 3 years contract renewable annually, with 3 months notice period for both parties. The position is renewable after period of 3 years, at the discretion of the competent authority.

Consolidated Pay:

• Upto Rs 6 Lac Annual CTC with 10% annual escalation.
• OPD facility for medical accessible on payment basis

Qualification and Experience:

Essential:

Bachelors in engineering / science

Desirable:

Degree / Diploma in Business Management

Experience:

1. Three years experience working as / with entrepreneurs, start-ups, incubator or incubation consultancy.

2. Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with entrepreneurs, mentors, industry experts and angel investors.

3. Good understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem

• Certificate in support of experience should be in proper format i.e. it should be on the organizations letter head, bear the date of issue, specific period of work, name and designation of the issuing authority along with his signature.
• The Institute shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidates are fake or the candidate has clandestine antecedents/background and has suppressed the said information, then his/her services shall be terminated.
• No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
• No correspondence will be entertained from candidates regarding interview and reasons for not being called for interview
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification
• No interim correspondence will be entertained.
