Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Lakhni, Maharashtra
Essential Job Functions:
- The consultant will support the Project Manager in end to end project management including but not limited to, developing detailed project plans, working with internal and external personnel to facilitate goal achievement using project management tools, developing TORs, manage training coordination and monitoring activities
- Field visits to mentor operations/MIS team on technology related processes and troubleshooting
- Deal with day to day operational issues of the community
- Preparation of fortnightly/ monthly/event reports, & attending Progress Review Meeting
- Keep in touch with the communities of the Villages
- Ensuring timely action / completion of project
Skills / Competencies required:
- Any graduate or post graduate
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in social field (working with Fintech Companies, MFIs & Insurance companies would be preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi & Marathi
