Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation is a capacity-building organization dedicated to improving the quality of educational leadership and learning outcomes through evidence-based reviews and data-driven professional learning communities. They are looking for a Fundraising Officer to develop and execute the fundraising strategy. The location of this position is flexible but Bangalore is preferred. 

Overview of the Position
This position is focused on developing and executing the fundraising strategy for AQEF

• Develop a diversified fundraising strategy for an early-stage organization.
• Build a strong donor pipeline and maintain communication with donors.
• Build visibility for AQEF by booking speaking/writing/networking engagements for senior leadership and actively contributing to the organization���s strategic initiative.
• Meet quarterly fundraising and visibility building targets.

Experience and Qualifications

• A strong track record of having raised funds above 2 crores per organization, for 5 or more organizations in the not-for-profit sector in the last 5 years.
• Experience developing a diversified fundraising strategy for an early-stage organization.
• Experience with communications and fundraising on social media is a plus.

Skills & Attitude

• Ability to network widely with influencers and strong, existing networks in the donor ecosystem.
• Ability to raise money for both projects as well as for scaling an organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible and open to working in a dynamic environment.
• Deeply committed to the cause of educational equity.
