Dignity Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that has been working for the cause of Senior Citizens for over 25 years. Dignity Foundation deals with the psycho-social challenges of senior citizens in India irrespective of their caste, creed and economic strata. We help senior citizens deal with their insecurities (emotional, financial, health and safety) and loneliness and bring joy to their lives. Headquartered in Mumbai, Dignity has Chapters spread across five other cities –, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Delhi NCR.

Desired Qualification and Skills:

• Masters Degree or equivalent, preferably in Social Work or social psychology.
• Proven track record
• Good presentation skills. Knowledge of relevant computer programmes
• Proven and demonstrable experience of writing project proposals.
• Strong organisational skills in Event Management with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal/networking skills
• Empathy for Senior Citizens.
• Confidence to represent Dignity Foundation externally.
• Outgoing, confident and a persuasive communicator.
• CANDIDATES WITH GOOD COMMAND OVER ENGLISH NEED ONLY APPLY. 

Salary: 30-35,000/- per month plus reimbursement of local travel expenses by public transport
