Responsibilities:
Ø Lead innovation in building LEAD’s personalized online learning solution to deliver on the long-term mission of the organization.
Ø Lead the product strategy and design based on a deep understanding of student learning in the digital context.
Ø Apply sound principles of personalization at every stage of the product design to cater effectively to the different types of learners
Ø Build capability within the curriculum team by bringing global best practices in pedagogy and design and building subject matter expertise.
Ø Collaborate with the technology team to create innovative academic solutions that leverage technology at home.
Requirements:
Ø Hands-on experience of designing and building online learning programs for the K12 segment
Ø Deep understanding of the research and pedagogy principles involved in online learning for different types of learners in the K12 segment
Ø Proven experience in the usage of technology in child education
Ø Deep subject matter understanding and pedagogy principles of Maths or Science
Ø Team Leadership: Lead a team of curriculum designers to create content i.e. write lesson plans, develop/curate audio/visual resources and develop student resource books & assessments.
Qualifications:
Ø Masters/Ph.D. in Education from a top global Institute
Ø At least 8 -10 years of work experience in child pedagogy and curriculum design for online learning
Ø Research contributions to child learning pedagogy (preferred)
