Tasks:

• Conducting community-based cross-sectional surveys and other studies related to NCDs at SEARCH.
• On field evaluation of hypertensive, diabetic and stroke patients, providing protocol-based treatment to them and ensuring appropriate referral (need-based).
• Tele-medicine: protocol-based treatment and counseling of patients from the service programme on mobile phone.
• Field visit for supervision and monitoring the work of 39 community health workers and 2 field supervisors.
• Coordination of the work of 39 community health workers and 2 field supervisors.
• Plan and conduct training of the community health workers and field supervisors.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written Marathi is must, with fair to good written English skills.

Educational Qualification: BAMS/BHMS/MBBS with more than one year of experience

Location: The person will be based in Shodhgram, the campus of SEARCH, 17 km from the Gadchiroli town. The campus houses 100 other staff and family members of the SEARCH team.
